The use of the Elevator Portal should be as easy as possible for our customers and provide quick help in case of questions. That’s why we revamped the Elevator Portal Help Center. In the logically structured questions and answers section, you will now find numerous explanations and examples that clearly explain individual functions.
To access the new help center, log in to the Elevator Portal. In the individual calculations and tools, you will find the “Help” button on the right edge of the screen. With a click on the button you will automatically be redirected to the relevant help page.
Likewise, the menu item “Help Center” is in the footer.
